These Terms govern your use of OneCheckPlease, operated by Golden Global Hawks LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
OneCheckPlease lets you scan a receipt, split a bill, and collect everyone's share into a payment pool that releases to the host's connected Stripe bank account when full.
Fees
OneCheckPlease is free to download. A small service fee applies per share when a pool releases — currently tiered as Light Bite ($0.99), Standard ($1.49), and Premium ($1.99) per share. Stripe's standard card-processing fees may also apply.
Hosting + payouts
To host a table you must complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding (identity verification + bank linking). Payouts are subject to Stripe's payout schedule. New accounts typically see funds 2–7 business days after pool release for the first payout, then move to faster cadences as Stripe upgrades your eligibility.
Refunds
If a pool over-collects, the excess is refunded pro-rata to the payers. If a pool releases to the wrong amount due to our error, contact support@onecheckplease.app and we will work with you and Stripe to make it right.
Acceptable use
Do not use OneCheckPlease for unlawful purchases, money laundering, payment for prohibited goods or services, or to defraud other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or Stripe's Restricted Businesses policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneCheckPlease is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of the app.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of Delaware.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OneCheckPlease and supersede prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
